4.Permitted use and conduct

You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes and to learn about and inquire into our programs. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content except as expressly permitted.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
• Introduce malware, scrape, or use automated means to access the Site in a manner that burdens our systems.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.

The Lily Baby Surrogacy name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission. 6.Forms and submissions

When you submit information through a form or otherwise contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and that we may contact you as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. Please do not submit medical records or other sensitive health information through public forms or email. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources that we do not control or endorse. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

8.Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site is complete or current. Surrogacy and donation involve medical, legal, and personal factors, and outcomes are never guaranteed.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily Baby Surrogacy and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lily Baby Surrogacy and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, except where prohibited by applicable law.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

13.General terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and Lily Baby Surrogacy regarding the Site.
