Lily Baby Surrogacy is a full-service surrogacy and donation agency based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, serving intended parents, gestational surrogates, and egg and sperm donors across 43 states. This policy applies to information we collect through our website, online forms, email, telephone and text communications, and our day-to-day coordination of services.

This policy does not apply to the independent privacy practices of third parties we may work with on your behalf, such as fertility clinics, attorneys, escrow companies, background-screening providers, or insurance carriers. Those organizations maintain their own privacy notices.

2.Information we collect

The categories of personal information we may collect include:

• Identifiers and contact details such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, and state of residence.
• Intake and application information you provide through our forms, including your role of interest (intended parent, surrogate, egg donor, or sperm donor) and any background you choose to share with us.
